Four rounds, Swiss System. G/45;d5 - these are Dual-rated games, and do require keeping notation. USCF membership is required. Rounds start at 12:00, 2:00, 4:15, and 6:00.
The entry fee is $35, and there are several prizes.
In the open section, $175 for first place, $125 for second place, the top player under 2000 gets $60, and the top player under 1700 gets $60.
In the under-1400 section, $150 for first place, $100 for second place, the top player under 1100 gets $60, and the top player under 800 gets $60.
Prizes are guaranteed.
